I'd my unit at BIk 608 Clementi West Street 1 sold really fast about 3 months ago. The effort from Yvonne Keong is undeniable. As a seller, we'd want our unit to be sold to the potential future owner the price we think it deserves or higher. Yvonne gave me very realistic and direct reply on the current market situation. Thereafter, unit was than sold within a week after with good price. Throughout the sales transactions, she had been been very very patience with me. As a first time seller and, owing to the regulations from HDB, alot of time i am confused with their requirements. She patiently pick up the phone or visited me to explain time and again, hust to make sure I fully understand.
